Present in Brussels, Simion committed a serious diplomatic offense by taking part in a protest alongside Grzegorz Braun, a Polish MEP of the Șoșoacă type, known for his radical positions. This alliance is a direct betrayal of Romania’s commitments and strategic partnerships.
Simion’s new display partner, Grzegorz Braun, is a politician tainted by a slew of antisemitic actions and by open solidarity with the Tehran regime at the moment when the United States launched military operations against Iran.

Through this hallucinatory association, Simion, who in his spare time pretends to be MAGA, blows up any claim his party has to being acceptable on the international stage.
Here we are no longer talking about a simple political opinion, but about open support for an extremist group. The Iranian regime, especially through its armed wing – the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) – is designated and recognized by the European Parliament and by all our strategic partners as a terrorist organization, responsible for financing, sponsoring and exporting terrorism globally. When a politician shows solidarity with Tehran, he automatically becomes a pro-terrorist mouthpiece.

This is exactly the man George Simion chose to stand beside him at today’s anti-European protest.

It is proof of absolute hypocrisy to claim at home that you have political partners and open doors in the US and Israel, while in Brussels you show yourself alongside politicians who detest America and promote global terrorism.
The traitor Simion thus achieves the negative feat of putting AUR in a disastrous light both before the European Union and before its strategic allies.
This is not the first time the AUR leader’s trips abroad have turned into a total disaster.
But deliberately appearing alongside pro-terrorist (Tehran) and anti-American elements goes beyond the boundary of incompetence: it is a betrayal of Romania.
